We designed a development programme for some of the Human Resources team as part of a major programme of change they were supporting in the business… as well as being part of the change themselves. We focused on Influencing Skills and used video play back to enable deeper understanding of their intended behaviour versus actual impact where differences occurred. We offered a menu of choices based upon the learning needs of the individuals within the group, and had groups working on different skills according to their needs. The feedback around our appraoch and the impact of our work was very positive…..
