Our Clients – Lancashire Constabulary

We have been working with Lancashire Police now for two years, helping them with a programme of culture change to deliver ‘Citizen Focus’. As the top performing Constabulary in England, they have been determined to keep their perfomance standards high during a period of major transition of systems and processes and have had the foresight to understand that this would be delivered through the people involved at all levels and roles. We have run workshops with the Communications Room; nominated process ‘Change Agents’, Divisional Management Teams and Headquarter Staff to help develop a common language and culture around straight talking authentic conversations in Leading, Coaching, Influencing and Team Meeting situations. “As the lead for our Constabulary’s organisational change programme I worked with The 2gether Partnership to develop a whole series of leadership development interventions aimed at different groups. The initial ‘leading and influencing’ package was designed by The 2gether Partnership based upon their skillful familiarisation with the change programme i.e. ‘where we wanted to be’. This was hugely successful and enabled key ‘real change leaders’ to build resilience prior to a major ICT refurbishment ( Lancashire CONNECT ).
