We were asked to help to review the effectiveness of the Support Staff Line Management Meeting.
We interviewed all of the people who were involved in these meetings, and some of those who had a stake in the outcome of the meeting, around what they thought the purpose of the meeting was, whether they thought it was effective and if anything could be done differently. We shared the results of the feedback in one of their team meetings and the team worked on action planning a way forward to keep the best of what the meeting was good at and address the shortfalls. Here is what the leader of the team said about our work…
