I am an experienced Executive Coach specialising in Leadership development, Influencing and what I call, Authentic Conversations. I believe one of the challenges for leaders today is to access the best in themselves, what they truly stand for, as well as to bring out the best in others throughout their business so that collectively they can achieve their highest aspirations for themselves, their business and the communities they serve. These are easy words. It is the belief this is possible that fuels my passion and desire to work closely with people at every level within an organization to support them in their personal and business goals and ambitions.
I have worked in this area for over 20 years. In this time, I have had the privilege of working with people and organizations all over the world including Shanghai, Singapore, Latvia, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Nigeria, Washington DC, Miami, New York and across the UK and Ireland. The variety of people and culture is as fascinating as the similarities. People wanting to create results, bring their dreams to reality, businesses wanting to succeed, needing to work together with others to do this and finding that things don’t always go as smoothly as they’d like!
Following 12 stimulating years as a director of a leading UK and International consulting business I left to pursue my interest in the Creative Process and have been working with Robert Fritz, author of The Path of Least Resistance, in Vermont, USA for the past 7 years. At the heart of this work is people’s ability to articulate their vision of what they want to create and most importantly, be able to observe reality accurately in relation to their vision.
My passion for the creative process continues, and in particular, the challenge in observing reality. This has led me to explore the “quality of conversations” in organizations and how this can have a profound effect on decisions, culture, performance and the results a business produces. I now work closely with individuals and teams to help them build the confidence, clarity and behavioural flexibility to be able to have the conversations needed to inspire, lead, observe reality and encourage the best from everyone in the organisation to achieve their personal and business goals and ambitions.
