Emotional Intelligence 360 degree feedback tool
Pip recently became certified in the use of an in depth Emotional Intelligence 360 degree feedback questionnaire. It allows individuals to explore their own world of emotional intelligence and the impact this has on the quality of relationships in their work and personal lives. Becoming a Coaching Supervisor
Tom is currently exploring possible development programmes in order to become an accredited coaching supervisor. Two potential courses or programmes of particular interest are with Ashridge Business School and Bath Consulting Group. Watch this space!
Tom has now been accepted onto the 2 Year Ashridge Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Coaching and Organisation Development Supervision programme commencing April 2010.
