We have been coaching people in business at every level for over 20 years.

We specialise in coaching people who want to work on

1. Leadership and Influencing - Clarity about what they want/need to influence in the business, creating their influence strategy and executing their strategy effectively.

2. Presence & Impact - We work with leaders on creating their "Leadership brand", what it is and what they want it to portray be that in board meetings, team meetings, client meetings, business presentations, speaking at a conference, attending networking dinners or social occasions or simply walking about in the business.

3. Authentic Conversations - What conversations is the person having or not having in the business. Reviewing the impact their conversations have on others in the business. Building the behavioural flexibility, confidence and clarity to have the conversations that are needed with people in their business and personal lives.

We offer coaching on a face to face basis, by telephone or by webinar (click on "2gether News" for more information about webinar coaching) or a combination of these to suit individual requirements and location/travel needs.

As Executive coaches, we receive regular coaching supervision from a qualified coaching supervisor as part of our coaching practice. We also comply with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s Code of Ethics which can be viewed at the EMCC website, www.emccouncil.org
